Does your customer use SAP as their leading ERP system?

Then they are probably looking for a simpler method to assign their business-relevant files and documents to orders, purchase orders or other master data in SAP. The SAP Capture Queue for Autostore does just that.

The "Digital Workplace" in modern companies seamlessly integrates multifunction devices, smartphones, cloud and on Premise systems as well as desktop applications into workflows.

What does this look like?
You simply create a capture order in SAP for any business object that is then available in the capture queue or C queue for short. Afterwards you will find this order on every device you want to use for data acquisition.

For example, on a smartphone to send photos, mails or digital forms while on the move or outdoors.

...or with AutoCapture to quickly assign a file from the desktop to the capture job.

Thus our PDF editor Power PDF 3 is also able to send the documents directly from the application to its predefined location in SAP ERP.

With the integration into the scanning functionality of the multifunction devices, paper documents can be assigned to the SAP process without additional intermediate steps. No manual renaming, no intermediate storage at Compliance Critical storage locations and without research and upload to the desired destination.

The predefined workflow in Autostore links the information with the objects in SAP as it was previously defined in the capture order and offers access to all process-relevant files with just a few mouse clicks.

The C queue is available in every SAP module and every SAP transaction. It is available immediately after installation and does not require a time-consuming project or customizing. It is part of the Beconex SAP Connectors for Autostore.
