Modern Authentication and the new Office 365 Mail Send Connector
In this video, we show how to use and configure the new Office 365 Mail Send in ControlSuite Capture 1.2 (AutoStore 8.2) to use the Kofax Token Vault and delegated authorization to send emails as the pre-authorised user via Office 365 Mail.
With the use of the Token Vault, users can authorise the system to act on their behalf in the Microsoft Identity Platform. This uses a secure token (OAUTH2) method to allow the system to send emails via Office 365 Mail as that user. This means that all emails are sent as the user and stored in the users sent emails in Office 365 Mail.
