This video shows a security focused ControlSuite workflow, highlighting many of the features of the solution.
The demonstration shown majors on some key points including the ability for ControlSuite to work with many different input sources; not just traditional "File - Print" & also a variety of document formats. The workflow also includes ControlSuite routing to a variety of destinations as well as multi-routing.
The core driver of the workflow is security including the ability to make decisions based on document content & metadata as well as actually "changing" document content to aid compliance. An example in the video is redacting information from documents based on the whether certain contact is detected.
