This video demonstrates the configuration of AutoStore with Quick Capture to process incoming post to individuals with Barcode Separation and Identification.
The process example takes the post which has been received, opened and prepared for capture. This uses two different barcode sheets, one to separate the batch to the individual recipient of the post, the second to split the post into documents.
The post is then loaded to a sharepoint site for each recipient, similar to OneDrive for Business and an email is sent to the individual to alert them of incoming post.
This type of workflow is ideal for business that need to get incoming post to remote and home workers quickly.
Also attached is the AutoStore configuration file, so that you can review and amend as required for your installation.
