In this video the ability of Output Manager to extract data from a print stream & utilise it is shown. The demo centres around the fact that print jobs submitted from email clients such as Outlook often have a generic name meaning the jobs are not easily identifiable to end users or with print management reports. We use Output Manager to extract the email subject & then rename the subitted print job with this information.
