Printix Configurator Export CSV Active Users

Active User Detail

Need:

• Tenants are billed based on the number of active users. 
Some tenants would like visibility into who are the specific active users during a given billing period.

Goal:

• Provide transparency to the billing process by providing a list of active users during any given billing period.

Value:

• Partners and tenants can have confidence in the billing process.
 

Details:

• Active User Details can be run from the Printix Configurator by anyone with Administrator permissions for the tenant.

• The information is broken down by individual billing periods (months)

• Active user data contains the billing period, user ID, email, name and usage counts for Printix and Power PDF.
